Open Space reaches out to young people, encouraging them to explore and engage with issues related to diversity, human rights, social justice and sustainable and equitable development. We use the power of media, art, literature, film, theatre and pop culture to create awareness on these
issues. We amplify our reach through collaborations with youth groups, campus clubs, online communities and campaigns.
Open Space is the youth outreach initiative of the Centre for Communication and Development Studies (CCDS), which uses communication tools and processes to inform, initiate and inspire change in societal attitudes and public policy.
KIski Kahani is supported by HIVOS: A fair, free and sustainable world – that is what Hivos, the Humanist Institute for Development Cooperation, wants to contribute to. Together with local organisations in developing countries, Hivos strives for a world in which all citizens – both men and women – have equal access to resources and opportunities for development.
